AGAT is hiring a Payroll Administrator, for a full-time permanent position reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, working out of our Calgary corporate office, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the payroll team with data entry, reporting, filing, and administrative duties. 

What you will be doing:

  • Data entry and input of verified payroll information, on new hires, and employee status changes.
  • Assist with responding to employee inquiries on payroll related issues.
  • Assist in preparation reports.
  • Filing and other administrative tasks.

What you bring to the table:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Working towards PCP designation strongly preferred. 
  • Previous experience in a payroll department is an asset.
  • Experience with ADP products an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English required and French a considerable asset.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Planning, organization, attention to detail, analysis and decision making skills required.
