Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping / Office Administrator to support both office operations and shipping activities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a bilingual candidate fluent in English and Spanish who is comfortable splitting time between administrative duties and hands-on shipping functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and increase pay based on performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations and shipping activities
  • Process shipping documentation, labels, and basic logistics paperwork accurately
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with preparing, counting, and moving packages for shipment as needed
  • Maintain organized records, files, and inventory-related documentation
  • Support cross-functional teams and assist with additional tasks as operational needs change
Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, office systems)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data and paperwork handling
  • Basic to intermediate math skills (counting, measuring, shipping calculations)
  • Ability to lift and move packages as required for shipping duties
  • Prior experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse support, or office administration is a plus
Employment Type & Compensation
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
  • Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Application Period: This position will remain open until filled
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | OT as needed
