Owens Corning is seeking an Advanced CFD Modeling Engineer with deep experience applying computational fluid dynamics, heat transfer, turbulence, multiphase flow, combustion, particle transport, and transport phenomena to solve complex industrial and manufacturing challenges. Proven ability to translate physics-based simulation into practical engineering decisions that improve process performance, accelerate innovation, reduce testing cycles, de-risk capital projects, and create measurable business value.
Recognized for modeling capability through standardized workflows, validated modeling methods, automation, external technical partnerships, and digital engineering practices. Effective cross-functional partner across R&D, operations, engineering, capital delivery, and business teams, with a strong track record of influencing technical direction and enabling model-based decision making.

- 10+ years of experience applying CFD and computational modeling to industrial engineering, product development, manufacturing, or process technology challenges.
- Deep technical foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, turbulence modeling, numerical methods, multiphase flow, combustion, particle transport, and transport phenomena.
- Demonstrated success leading technically complex modeling projects with measurable business impact.
- Strong ability to communicate complex simulation insights to technical experts, operations teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
