Job description

We provide cutting-edge compressed air, vacuum, and pumping solutions, serving a wide range of industrial clients with precision, expertise, and integrity.
As an Industrial Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and supporting our customers' equipment and operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on compressed air systems, vacuum pumps, refrigerated dryers, process chillers, and related industrial equipment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all on-site equipment and identify opportunities for aftermarket support, upgrades, or system optimization.
  • Use a systems-based approach to problem-solving, taking into account energy efficiency, root-cause analysis, and long-term reliability.
  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, provide recommendations, and deliver world-class service that promotes long-term relationships.
  • Complete service reports, including part numbers and detailed work descriptions; submit startup documentation as required.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency or after-hours service support.
  • Ensure all rental equipment is operational, safe, and clean prior to delivery and upon return.
  • Perform piping modifications, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs using appropriate hand and power tools.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked service van, complying with all company and DOT safety requirements.
  • Return unused and warranty parts appropriately, tagging, and storing them per company procedures.
  • Attend and participate in regular safety and service team meetings and ongoing technical training.
  • Use company technology systems to access documentation, input service details, and manage work orders efficiently.
