Concordia Medical Equipment is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative CSR to join our expanding team. If you have experience in customer service, prefer a schedule that allows for evenings and weekends off, and are seeking a stable income, this position is perfect for you! Our Customer Service Representatives CSR work Monday through Friday in a dynamic environment, utilizing their skills to answer calls, process orders, and address customer inquiries. This is a full-time role that comes with benefits.
Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative CSR, you will be responsible for new patient intake, assessing the needs of both new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating deliveries or services, and verifying issues related to service authorization, insurance coverage, and reimbursement. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, both in our retail location and over the phone. Additionally, you will provide compression services to clients and patients, evaluating their needs and recommending appropriate compression garments and related supplies. Depending on your supervisor's designation, you may also negotiate pricing, place special orders, and manage product shipping.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position:
