Physical Therapist – Lymphedema Specialist (Outpatient)Gold Beach, Oregon

Join a patient-centered outpatient rehabilitation team on Oregon’s beautiful southern coast as a Lymphedema Specialist Physical Therapist. This position offers the opportunity to build and manage a specialized lymphedema caseload while also treating a diverse orthopedic and functional outpatient population.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with primary and secondary lymphedema
  • Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT)
  • Perform manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), compression bandaging, and patient education
  • Measure, fit, and educate patients on compression garments
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with general outpatient orthopedic and functional rehabilitation as needed

Requirements:

  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) preferred
  • Experience treating lymphedema patients in an outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • New graduates with CLT certification may be considered depending on experience
