  • Collaborate with Operations, Gas Control, Automation, Engineering, Projects, Supply Chain, OEMs, and vendors to support maintenance activities, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop technical recommendations, repair scopes, maintenance approaches, and overhaul plans for compression and power generation equipment.

  • Support commissioning, startup activities, modernization projects, and facility expansions while ensuring compliance with company standards and safe work practices.

  • Monitor equipment health, fleet run hours, reliability metrics, and efficiency targets to find opportunities for performance optimization and lifecycle improvements.

  • Provide functional leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship to employees and contractors involved in compression analysis, maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and specialized field activities.

Who You Are:

  • Established skill in delivering technical direction, impacting operational methods, and boosting asset performance throughout multiple facilities.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop practical, risk-based solutions.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, partner management, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with predictive maintenance, condition-based monitoring, equipment diagnostics, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.

  • Experience supporting major overhauls, commissioning activities, facility upgrades, and capital projects.

  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, performance data, and asset health information to develop actionable recommendations.

  • Experience mentoring technical teams and sharing subject matter expertise across geographically dispersed operations.

  • Demonstrated dedication to safety, environmental stewardship, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions:
  • Regular travel to operational facilities and project sites is required.

  • Participation in field activities, troubleshooting efforts, maintenance events, and project support activities.

  • Occasional additional hours may be required to support operational priorities, outages, commissioning activities, and critical equipment events.
