  • Perform clinical duties while adhering to the companyโ€™s core values and guiding principles.
  • Comply with the New Jersey State Practice Act and relevant regulatory guidelines in all aspects of care.
  • Maintain ethical standards in line with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Professional Code of Ethics.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, developing tailored treatment plans and measurable goals.
  • Implement and deliver evidence-based treatment programs to enhance patient recovery, adapting methods based on individual progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, effectively coordinating care plans and resources to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development, staying updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice includes a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients. You will be responsible for treating various conditions, particularly orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal issues, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Your expertise will be critical in assessing and addressing individual patient needs to ensure effective recovery pathways.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Active physical therapy licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a practicing physical therapist.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
  • Strong ability to assess and interpret age-specific physical therapy needs across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
