This role is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through virtual sessions. • Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions tailored to individual, couple, family, and group dynamics, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs, goals, and progress.
• Provide empathetic support to clients as they navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges, helping them to build coping strategies and resilience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our intuitive electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training, and maintaining awareness of new developments, best practices, and trends in counseling.

The LPC will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from varying backgrounds and lifestyles. Our clients often come to us seeking assistance for a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress management. Our commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity ensures that all clients feel understood and respected in their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is a must to ensure a solid foundation in therapeutic principles and practices.
• An active and valid license as a Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey is required for practice.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Ability to function effectively in a remote work environment while maintaining professionalism and productivity.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivities that affect client interactions.

• Experience in providing counseling services in an outpatient or virtual setting, particularly in managing a remote caseload.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Previous experience working with specific populations (e.g., LGBTQ+, veterans, minorities) is a plus and will enhance service delivery to our clients.
