What You'll Do

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling for patients receiving substance use disorder treatment
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, psychosocial evaluations, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
  • Conduct admissions, discharges, transfers, and ongoing patient evaluations
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and educate patients on addiction, recovery, relapse prevention, and wellness
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory and clinical documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
  • Active professional license required, including one of the following:
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
    • LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)
    • LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
  • Experience in substance use disorder, addiction treatment, behavioral health, or mental health counseling preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and patient engagement skills.
