Job description

Compounding Supervisor

 Location: Groveport, OH |  Full-Time, 2-2-3 PM Schedule |  On-Site

 What You’ll Be Mixing Up:

As our Compounding Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated weekend team in the production of high-quality bulk products. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and that scheduling SAP is accurate.

  • Lead and manage weekend compounding operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team to hit performance targets and grow their skills.
  • Troubleshoot batching issues and resolve SAP or documentation discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to keep production flowing.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and team performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.

 What We Need from You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 3+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry).
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, OSHA safety standards, and SAP.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Can lift up to 80 lbs and move drums up to 600 lbs with equipment.
  • Are comfortable working in a wet, chemical-based environment.
  • Know how to lead a team with confidence and compassion on weekends
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
