Duties

Perform a full range of treatment of commonly encountered dental diseases or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, restorative or preventive measures such as teeth extractions and restoration of simple and compound cavities.

Acquire mouth impressions for crowns, jackets, dentures, and bridges and fitting and inserting the finished appliances.

Conduct teaching including group oral health counseling, tobacco cessation counseling, and diet counseling.

Perform various preventive measures such as conducting extensive prophylaxis treatment, performing deep scaling and root planning.

Submit performance data, dental records, consultation requests and other dental records in approved information management system.

Consult and refer patients to other appropriate specialist.
