Job description

CSWD is seeking a skilled, hands-on Mechanic and Heavy Equipment Operator to join our compost program. In this dual role, you’ll spend a portion of your time leading mechanical diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs to ensure our equipment stays running safely. The remainder of your time you’ll safely operate heavy equipment in maintaining daily operations.

We’re looking for proven experience including two years of mechanical equipment repair and two years of heavy equipment operation. $30-$35/hour (depending on experience and certifications) with excellent benefits, including a generous paid time off package.
