Job description

As a heavy machine operator, you'll have the chance to utilize and expand your skills within our team. Screening and grinding to stacking and mixing are just the start! By operating our equipment with precision and care, you'll contribute to the continuous production of rich compost that blends with our mulch and topsoil, enriching the earth and supporting our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery to continuously process material on-site.
  • Perform daily, routine maintenance on equipment, such as lubricating, fueling, cleaning, etc.
  • Perform daily pre-trip inspection of equipment, filling out daily maintenance log.
  • Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and optimize production processes.
  • Foster positive interactions with customers.
