Job Description

The Housekeeping Associate provides constant maintenance and ensures good working conditions of multiple 24-hour facilities including all building, restaurant and retail facilities. Functionally reports to the Retail General Manager and Housekeeping Leads.

  • Maintains general cleanliness throughout the store including mopping, sweeping and vacuuming
  • Washes and properly stores all dishes, trays, glassware, utensils, cups and small equipment for the department
  • Checks water temperature during dishwashing operation to ensure proper temperature
  • Stocks shelves, racks and service stations with restaurant supplies: polishes glassware and silverware
  • Removes trash, recycling and compost from receptacles throughout the store and kitchens and brings to appropriate receptacle; cleans, sanitizes and replaces liners in receptacles
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous stocking, dishwashing or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Sense of urgency

Job Requirements

  • Open availability during operational hours 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
  • Ability to work in an environment with wet floors, extreme temperatures and loud noise

Compensation: The base rate for this position is $17 per hour
