Your Opportunity:
Venture Solutions, a Taylor company, is seeking a Document Composition Specialist to join a team focused on building, configuring, and supporting personalized customer communications. In this role, you will use document composition tools, structured data, and configuration-driven workflows to develop document templates, troubleshoot production issues, and help customers modernize their traditional communication processes.

Your Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, build, and maintain document templates and workflows using Messagepoint or Quadient Inspire Document Composition Tools
โ€ข Configure and manage data-driven document composition logic using XML, JSON, and structured data inputs
โ€ข Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate document generation and personalization
โ€ข Troubleshoot production issues across the full lifecycle, including data intake, mapping, validation, and output
โ€ข Identify the root cause of issues by determining whether defects are related to data, configuration, or logic
โ€ข Integrate Messagepoint and Quadient Inspire with upstream and downstream systems using APIs, file-based processing, and database connections
โ€ข Collaborate with QA, development, composition, and business teams to ensure quality and delivery expectations are met
โ€ข Support incident resolution and production stability, including participation in issue triage and resolution
โ€ข Document configuration, workflows, and troubleshooting steps for ongoing support and onboarding
You Must Have:
โ€ข 1+ years of experience in document composition, data processing, or similar configuration-driven platforms
โ€ข Experience with Messagepoint or Quadient Inspire Document Composition Tools
โ€ข Experience working with XML and JSON data formats
โ€ข Demonstrated experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes
โ€ข Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and identify root cause
โ€ข Experience working in a structured SDLC environment with version control and change management processes
โ€ข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
โ€ข Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
We Would Also Prefer:
โ€ข Experience with other CCM platforms, including Exstream, Papyrus, SmartCOMM, or similar tools
โ€ข Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Groovy
โ€ข Experience with REST APIs, file-based integrations, or messaging systems
โ€ข Experience working in high-volume transactional document environments, including print and mail, financial statements, healthcare, insurance, or similar industries
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
