Employees in composite jobs may design, fabricate, repair, or test items like airplane parts, car panels, or sporting goods made from advanced composites like carbon fiber or fiberglass. These roles often require knowledge of material science, hands-on fabrication skills, and familiarity with safety protocols. Composite technicians and engineers are in demand due to the lightweight and durable properties of composite materials.

What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a composite technician?
