About the Job
You ensure HVAC systems perform exactly as designed. In this hands-on role, you test, adjust, and balance air and water (hydronic) systems to meet project specifications and industry standards. If you enjoy technical work, problem solving, and seeing the real-world impact of your work, this role is for you.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Test, adjust, and balance (TAB) air and water (hydronic) HVAC systems to meet design specifications.
  • Inspect systems to verify compliance with project plans and identify performance issues.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, control schematics, and equipment data.
  • Accurately document all testing, adjusting, and balancing activities using project-specific reporting procedures.


What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of Test and Balance experience. 
  • AABC certification is required.
  • Strong math skills, including calculations related to air and water (hydronic) balancing.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, technical documents, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
