Job Description

Rally House is seeking an Event Store Manager. The Event Store Manager is responsible for overseeing essential business duties related to the day-to-day operations in their designated store as well as all events associated with that location. Event Store Managers support a fast paced, complex environment; specifically in the areas of sales objectives, customer service, staffing, employee relations, management, payroll and operating expenses, ensuring loss prevention and executing merchandise presentations. Event Store Managers possess the responsibility of leading and organizing their team to ensure support around both store and event assignments. Event Store Manager's utilize standard operating procedures, tools and checklists to provide clear direction and communication among the leadership team and among team members to challenge, motivate and drive the team's results.

Responsibilities

People:Staffing; recruiting, scheduling, leadership and coaching, training and development, team building

Customer: Customer service; ensures customer remains the top priority, customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for support

Financials: Deliver results, inventory control, sales; forecasting, generation, payroll management

Standards: Store presentation; meets Rally House visual standards, floor moves and merchandising; organizing, game-planning and execution, store cleanliness, safety and security

Event Management: Organize off-site events; staffing for game day leadership, community engagement and exposure, simultaneously manages store and events, product assessment and recommendations; partnership with buying team

Skills and Knowledge

Excellent organization skills with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use sound judgement, Excellent project management and prioritization skills, delegates as needed, within an ever-changing environment, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) suites and CAD programs, Strong networking, recruiting, training, visual merchandising and operational skills., Superior communication skills both written and verbal, that communicate clear, effective messages

Qualifications

Minimum 5 - 7 years experience in retail; Minimum 2 - 5 years store management and coaching and developing others; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; Event planning experience preferred; Sports enthusiast preferred.

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00
