Job Description

This position will be responsible for partnering with the commercial team to execute sales of service, parts, and aftermarket products to drive market penetration, and accelerate aftermarket revenue growth. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for creating standard parts sales quotes from start to finish, will work with the Aftermarket Sales Specialists to maintain customer relationships, and will proactively reach out to customers for continued aftermarket support.

Responsibilities

  • Create quotes for parts, consumables, and service
  • Upsell and cross sell to existing customers through outbound calls
  • Maintain and update information in the CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Work with other internal teams to have new customer accounts set up in ERP system (SAP)
  • Proactively contact customers using the telephone and email to uncover their needs
  • Maintain an accurate, up to date, sales forecast in conjunction with Sales Managers
  • Monitor key metrics and report to leadership on a set frequency
  • Become knowledgeable of company products/services, pricing plans, competition, marketing objectives, sales objectives and sales skills to sell company products/services
  • Other tasks as required for follow up and attention to customer needs
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 3 years business to business sales/inside sales experience selling products and services OR
  • 2 years of experience within a technical capacity such as applications, engineering/technology, technical support, field service for a water technology company.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven success in prior roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills using the English language
  • Self-motivated, ability to drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight
  • Ability to make good business decisions based on risk reward analysis and Veolia business objectives
  • Ability to travel 5% for training and customer meetings at key accounts.

  • Compensation - The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: US$47,000 to $55,000 annually
