Position Overview
The In-Office Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing
customer relationships and coordinating transport opportunities from initial contact through execution.
This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and understands the expectations of high-value clientele within the marine industry.
Salary + commission based on experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer service, or account management (Marine industry experience REQUIRED).
  • Industry experience within the recreational marine sector .
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of inital contact for dealers, marinas, OEM partners, and customers.
  • Develop, mold and maintain strong relationships while providing outstanding customer support.
  • Coordinate quotes, and customer inquiries from initial contact through delivery.
  • Assist the outside sales team by managing account information, preparing sales materials, and following up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Support marketing initiatives, dealer communications, and trade show planning as needed.
  • Monitor inventory availability and communicate updates to customers and sales representatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department and contribute to process improvements.
