Due to expansion, they are actively looking for anOPERATIONS MANAGER with Food, Beverage, Ingredient, Color or Flavor Manufacturing experience to run a plant with approximately 80 employees with plans to expand to 125 ee?s The Operations Manager leads and optimizes manufacturing operations for the production of natural food ingredients used by the food and beverage industry. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, process controls, and quality systems. They will be responsible for maintaining and improving existing operations while developing the systems, teams, and capabilities needed to support our continued growth.
