This role manages a larger scale of work spanning Healthcare, Public-Sector, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Commercial Office, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Warehouse/Distribution. What You'll Do
  • Oversee a broad portfolio of projects across multiple market sectors and clients
  • Lead multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout
  • Own the outcomes—budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction across your portfolio
  • Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders across our diverse market sectors
  • Develop talent—hire, mentor, and grow project engineers, PMs, and superintendents
  • Drive improvement, identify efficiencies, and implement best practices across operations
What You Bring
  • 15+ years in construction, with a mix of field operations and project management
  • Proven success managing complex projects across multiple market sectors, including Healthcare, Public-Sector, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Commercial, Hospitality, Senior Living, or Warehouse/Distribution
  • Leadership skills that inspire teams and build trust with clients
  • Tech proficiency in tools like Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, MS Project
