To build the organization Human Resource foundation for sustainability. This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of all areas of Human Resources, including payroll, training and development.
Job Description
  • Main Responsibilities
  • 1. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources
  • 2. Overall Administration all aspects of employee relations
  • 3. Reporting - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reporting to all levels of the organization.
  • 4. Make and review all CPs related to HR Team
  • 5. Oversight of Payroll Processing and system implementations, Benefit Administration, Training ...etc
  • 6. Support management on policy administration
  • Skills Required
  • 1. Deep understanding on local labor law
  • 2. Good communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written
  • 3. Leadership skills
  • 4. Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • 5. Project Management Tools
  • 6. Familiar with HR software/ systems as well as MS office
  • 7. Understanding on working with HRMS and Payroll systems, UKG Preferred
