Position Overview

​The Manager Audience Intelligence + Data Science is responsible for building and scaling CLUTCH's audience intelligence capabilities, predictive analytics systems, and data infrastructure. This role combines audience building, data science, marketing intelligence, and automation/AI to help CLUTCH and its clients identify opportunities, improve targeting, optimize performance, and create proprietary intelligence assets that drive growth.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Build Proprietary Audience Infrastructure
    • ​Acquire, develop, enrich, and maintain first-party audience databases and audience intelligence assets for CLUTCH and clients.
  • Lead Audience Intelligence + Segmentation
    • Create audience models, segmentation frameworks, personas, and targeting recommendations that improve GTM performance.
  • Develop Predictive Analytics Capabilities
    • Identify patterns, signals, and behaviors that help predict engagement, conversion, market opportunities, and customer outcomes.
  • Manage Data Architecture + Intelligence Pipelines
    • Own and maintain data flows between platforms including CRM, marketing automation, research, media, web analytics, and intelligence systems.
  • Build and Maintain Reporting Infrastructure
    • Design and improve dashboards, reporting systems, and performance measurement frameworks using tools such as BigQuery and Looker Studio.
  • Generate Strategic Market + Audience Insights
    • Combine research, behavioral data, competitive intelligence, and performance signals to deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Drive AI-Powered Intelligence Systems
    • Leverage AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve reporting, audience development, insight generation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support Audience Growth Initiatives
    • Partner with Engagement and Activation teams to develop audience acquisition, nurturing, and expansion strategies.
  • Improve Data Quality + Governance
    • Establish standards, processes, and QA practices that ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of intelligence systems.
  • Create New Intelligence-Based Products
    • Help develop future CLUTCH offerings built around audience intelligence, benchmarking, predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, and proprietary data assets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, audience intelligence, marketing analytics, or data science.
  • Experience building and managing data infrastructure, aggregating data across multiple sources, and developing predictive models that generate business insights.
  • Experience building dashboards, reporting, and actionable business insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
  • Experience working with SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing, web analytics, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who enjoys building new capabilities, improving processes, and solving complex problems.
