Job description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a highly respected, physician-owned private practice in Tucson, Arizona, to recruit a fellowship-trained Movement Disorders Neurologist. This is a 100% outpatient position with no hospital call, offering an immediate patient base, subspecialty focus, and a clear path to partnership.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • 100% outpatient with no call
  • Focus on Movement Disorders, ramp up to 80% subspecialty within 6 months
  • Large referral base with 1,000+ patients on the waiting list
  • Access to in-house EEG, EMG, infusion center, audiology, imaging, and pain procedures
  • Clinic setup for DBS Programming
  • Expect 16-19 patients per day
  • Base salary $375-400K plus collections-based production bonus
  • $150K Sign-on bonus – Forgiven over 3 year contract
  • Fellowship stipend ($2K/month)
  • Relocation Allowance
  • 4 weeks PTO, CME time, and allowance
  • 4-year partnership track with shared ownership in ancillaries and real estate

Qualifications:

  • Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Neurologist
  • Fellowship training in Movement Disorders
  • Eligible for Arizona medical license
