Job description

APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCATED IN CANADA OR THE UNITED STATES... This is a field work, and you must be able to visit events in your local areas

MANDATE : CREATE TEAM SPECIAL EDITIONS FOR SCHOOLS & EVENT HOSTS

Team Special Editions are magazines exclusively about the Sports Club, Dance Academy, Music School, Art School, Competition & Event Hosts.

Made of 64 pages, requires minimum 15 Talents to a Maximum of 30 We can create multiple Special Editions per school for each Teams

STEP 1 : COORDINATE WITH THE EVENT HOST AND/OR SCHOOL

Schedule & organize a visit to the Sports Clubs, Dance Academies, Music and Art Schools, Competition & Event Hosts

STEP 2 : VISIT SCHOOLS, ATTEND EVENTS AND SET UP INTERVIEWS

Interview School Members and Staff to be featured, Attend Competitions, Tournaments, Games, Expositions, Concerts, Gigs, Events, Festivals, Skate-Parks, etc.

STEP 3 : COLLECT INFORMATION AND MAGAZINE CONTENT

Collect all information and distribute Interview Sheet and postcards

STEP 4 : SUBMIT ALL PHOTOS, ARTICLES AND CONTACT INFORMATIONS

Collect all Talents photos & article and submit all content for publishing according to Publishing Requirements.

STEP 5 : CONFIRM PROOF MAGAZINE

Submit the draft magazine to school or host for their approval then confirm approval to Redaction Team.
