Responsibilities

  • Provide a consultative, high-touch sales experience tailored to each client
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, features, and customization options
  • Ensure smooth and thorough vehicle deliveries
  • Maintain precise and timely sales documentation
  • Remain knowledgeable on Mercedes-Benz products, incentives, and innovations
Requirements:
  • Automotive sales experience preferred; luxury experience a plus
  • Professional image and refined communication style
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with an ethical approach
