Job description

  • We are hiring immediately for on call ID CHECKER positions.
  • Location: The Fillmore Philadelphia - 29 East Allen Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: On call; Days and hours may vary upon event schedule. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Must have a valid Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification.
  • Fixed Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Provides consistent and unbiased review of patrons' identification in accordance with state law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicates with a diverse range of customers, patrons and individuals.
  • Uses basic and advanced knowledge to detect fake or passed off identification to enter the venue.
  • Uses knowledge of fake or fraudulent identifications from various states.
  • Demonstrates knowledge regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
  • Identifies individuals whose identification supports that they are 21 years of age or older.
  • Sees and speaks clearly, listens attentively.
  • Solves problems actively and maintains a sense of urgency.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • TIPS trained (Training for Intervention Procedures).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills.
