Dental Hygienist

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about preventive care, enjoys community outreach, and wants to be part of a collaborative team focused on long-term impact. You'll work in a modern clinical setting with supportive leadership, while also engaging with schools and community programs to promote oral health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver patient-centered preventive dental care, screenings, and education
  • Support oral health outreach in schools and community programs
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality treatment
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, nutrition, and long-term oral health strategies
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient clinic environment by maintaining infection control and equipment protocols
  • Travel to other clinic locations as needed to support outreach and care delivery

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Associate's degree in dental hygiene required
  • Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene preferred
  • Demonstrates professional commitment to providing services to underserved persons
  • Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management system software
  • A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage upon hire (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) required

Licensure/Certification

  • Dental Hygienist in the state of Missouri required
