Overview
The Idealease Service Administrator is in constant communication with our customers to give updates throughout the repair process of their truck(s). The positions will also be tasked with scheduling units needed for DOT/PM inspections, recalls, emissions, and any needed followup repairs. The position will assist with any rental activity, and maintaining accurate contract and customer records. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, cross-department communication, and the ability to handle customer, vendor, and employee interactions with professionalism and accuracy.
