As a DoW SkillBridge intern for ALLO, you must be a military service member who is in good standing, entering their final 180 days of their service, and is looking to gain skills and experience in the telecommunications industry. This individual will be participating in a DoD SkillBridge program that would allow them to receive on-the-job training and an internship with ALLO.

The job profile for a DoW SkillBridge intern may vary depending on the specific field they are seeking to enter, but some common responsibilities and qualifications may include:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commit to providing an Exceptional and Hassle-Free outcome-oriented learning organization.
Completing a military service contract and being eligible for the DoD SkillBridge program
Demonstrating a strong understanding of telecommunications technology and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Possessing excellent communication and customer service skills

Having the ability to adapt to new environments and situations, including working in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Military experience related to telecommunications, human resources, construction, IT, or marketing preferred but not required
