Location: Holmdel, New Jersey 
Job Type: Contract 
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 5x8 Schedule
Duration: 9 Weeks

Pay Rate: $58-$63.5/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced OR RN to provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients. Responsible for scrub and circulating duties across multiple surgical specialties while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
  • Active NJ RN License or Compact License
  • BLS (AHA) Required
  • ACLS Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years OR (acute care) experience
  • Experience in General, Ortho/Spine, Urology, ENT, Vascular
  • Ability to scrub & circulate
  • Strong critical thinking & communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide full perioperative nursing care in OR
  • Scrub and circulate surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team
  • Maintain sterile field and infection control standards
  • Monitor patient status during surgery
