Recycling Associate
Hourly pay rate: 20.00
Schedule needed: 40 hours per week 11pm - 7:30am Sunday - Thursday
Expectations:

  • Demonstrate commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate a cardboard bailer, styrofoam extruder and plastic compactor.
  • Able to become certified on material handing equipment, including order picker and electric pallet jack.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating an order picker and electric pallet jack is preferred.
  • Experience operating a cardboard bailer, styrofoam extruder and plastic compactor is preferred.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift, lower, push and pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
  • Safely lift recycling products into the machinery.
