These roles are important for attracting and retaining talent, as well as controlling labor costs. Common titles include Compensation Analyst, Compensation Manager, and Compensation and Benefits Specialist.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Compensation Analyst, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Compensation Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, knowledge of compensation structures, and a degree in human resources, finance, or a related field.
