Job description

As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales, creating and maintaining customers base while achieving high quality customer satisfaction and retention. In this role you will travel to different car dealerships, intent on building a relationship between the dealership and Insurance Navy (the company). This position is primarily for individuals familiar with prospecting and building solid relationships for a rewarding opportunity.
Must have:
  • Negotiating with clients and closing contracts
  • Overseeing and managing existing accounts that have been assigned
  • Work closely with sales leaders to develop account management and sales strategies
  • Attending to clients' needs and developing relationships
  • Acquiring more clients through prospecting and canvassing
  • Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services
  • Assisting new clients through any processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel Spreadsheets and Google Docs
  • Reliable transportation as there will be traveling within the Chicagoland area
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Social media savvy
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to commute between different dealerships
