Hallcon is a rider experience company focused on providing diverse transportation services to exciting clients across multiple modes such as fixed route, commuter, shuttles, on-demand, and microtransit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport passengers along predefined assigned routes in a courteous, timely, and reliable manner while providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations, and instructions from dispatch
  • Complete required written reports and documentation related to the performance of duties and the vehicle being operated
  • Completing daily logs of operational issues for record keeping and trend analysis purposes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Be able to read, write and speak in English to the extent necessary to perform essential job duties
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving experience
  • Must have and maintain a Class A or B license
  • Must have and maintain a current DOT Medical Certificate
