Group Fitness Instructor / Motivator - Rumble Boxing 17th ave

Fight Club meets nightclub.

Dark studio. Loud music. Heavy bags. Real energy.

Rumble Boxing is hiring high-energy Motivators / Group Fitness Coaches for our Calgary locations.

We're looking for people with presence, confidence, athleticism, and personality - people who can command a room and create an experience members become obsessed with.

No boxing experience required.
No coaching certification required to apply.

If you've got energy, rhythm, people skills, and a strong work ethic - we can train the rest.

This role is part coaching, part performance, and part community leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Lead high-energy, music-driven group fitness classes
  • Coach boxing-inspired strength and conditioning workouts
  • Create an inclusive, motivating, nightclub-style class environment
  • Connect with members and help build community inside the studio
  • Learn and deliver the Rumble coaching system
  • Bring professionalism, consistency, and strong energy every shift
  • Participate in auditions, training, and ongoing development
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • High-energy personality with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Athletic background or passion for fitness
  • Coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced environment

Backgrounds in fitness, athletics, hospitality, dance, nightlife, performance, DJing, sales, or coaching are all considered strong assets.

Experience in boxing, HIIT, bootcamp, spin, personal training, or group fitness is a bonus - but not required.

WHY PEOPLE LOVE WORKING HERE
  • Competitive class-based pay
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Free Rumble classes
  • Retail and equipment discounts
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Opportunity to grow within a premium fitness brand
  • High-energy team culture
THE VIBE

This isn't a big-box gym.

Rumble is sweat, music, lights, energy, and community.

We're building coaches who know how to lead people, move energy, and create unforgettable class experiences.

If you naturally bring energy into a room - you'll probably fit in here.

    • who you are
    • your background
