Job description

As an Airport Shuttle Driver, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless parking experience for our customers. You will safely transport passengers between the long-term parking lot and the airport terminal while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, helping people, and working in a fast-paced

What Would You Be Doing?

  • Safely operate airport shuttle vehicles
  • Drive the airport shuttle mini-van from the long-term parking lot to the terminal and back on a fixed route
  • Assist passengers with luggage when needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe shuttle
  • Follow traffic and safety rules
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Perform basic vehicle safety checks
  • Greet all customers, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person
  • Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized
  • Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision
  • Perform other general duties across various departments as needed and if assigned by your supervisor
  • Times will be 2pm to 12am on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Promote awesome customer relations. Smile! Go above and beyond!

What Are the Working Conditions?

  • Exposed to outdoor and indoor environments which includes varying temperatures and weather conditions
  • Required to drive in a closed loop, stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift
