Description
Scope:
Community Rescue Service, Inc., (CRS) is an emergency services organization which provides Basic and Advanced Life Support 911 responses to Hagerstown and surrounding Washington County areas. We are accepting applications for full-time BLS Clinicians. Come join the team and be a part of fast paced and aggressive clinical atmosphere.
The position will be responsible for all aspects of the company's daily operations to include EMS, Rescue and Fire ground responses. Additional duties include station details, and other associated duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High School Graduate or G.E.D.
* Current Maryland EMT
* Must have the ability to lead and work with others.
* Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
* Pre-employment drug screen.
The following requirements may be successfully completed post conditional employment offer:
* Current CPR, BTLS
* Approved EVOC Drivers Program
* MFRI Haz-Mat operations (National Pro-Board Haz-Mat equivalent)
* Preference may be given to those providers who currently meet all criteria.
Work Schedule:
* Successful Full-Time candidates will be assigned to one of three shift types.
  • 24/48 shift with a set Kelly Day
  • Kelly relief position (Wed/Sat or Wed/Sun)
  • 14-Hour Peak Demand Unit

Benefits Package:
Full Time: Competitive wage scale with built in overtime each week.
  • EMT starting annual $49,707
  • EMT/Fire Fighter starting annual $53,671
