We're seeking a dedicated and inspiring Director of Emergency Services to lead programs that provide shelter, stability, and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness and crisis.

What You'll Do
• Lead a vibrant and experienced team while overseeing Emergency Services programs that provide shelter and support to individuals in need
• Guide, mentor, and support staff in delivering high-quality, person-centered services
• Build and strengthen partnerships with community organizations and service providers
• Ensure program effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Help clients move toward housing stability, self-sufficiency, and long-term success
• Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, LCSW preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of case management experience
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing schedules required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of addictions, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care
• Valid driver's license required
• A commitment to serving vulnerable populations with dignity and respect
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
