About the Role
As a Human Resource Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Fabrication Shop Team. You’ll be hands on with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits, and engagement activities, all while promoting a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, and driving employee success.
What You’ll Do
  • Establish credibility with the top leadership team and all shop employees to be an effective listener and problem solver
  • Understand and apply all HR policies and company guidelines consistently
  • Manage recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement activities that strengthen culture and morale
  • Lead company culture and training initiatives
  • Manage leave of absence cases
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports in our HRIS system.
  • Communicate and provide guidance to management and employees as needed
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
