Working Hours and/or Working Conditions: To be determined. Work hours will be based on college work-study funding. Scheduled work hours may not conflict with class hours. Position terminates at end of semester or when award is exhausted. Hours may not exceed 20 per week.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong communication skills and expected to use Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Supervision: SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports to the VP for College Advancement & Community Relations and takes direction from the Project Manager for College Advancement & Community Relations. SUPERVISION GIVEN: n/a.
Job Function
Provide clerical duties in support of full-time staff within the College Advancement & Community Relations Unit.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and properly direct students and staff
- General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Provides support to full-time staff with project implementations
- Provide support to full-time staff with coordination and execution of quarterly meetings
- Maintain unit confidentiality
- Perform other related duties as assigned
***Business Casual Attire is required for this position.
Education
High school graduate or GED equivalent. Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
