Edison Apartments | Roseville, MN
Pay: $60,000-$70,000 annually + incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Sand Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at Edison, a 119-unit residential community in Roseville, MN. If you're passionate about affordable housing, operational excellence, and creating positive resident experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Property Manager, you'll oversee daily property operations, lead leasing and resident retention efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a thriving community for residents and team members.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a 119-unit residential community.
  • Lead leasing, marketing, collections, and resident retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HOME, and Project-Based Section 8 programs.
  • Supervise and support on-site staff and vendor partners.
  • Maintain property appearance, curb appeal, and resident satisfaction.
  • Coordinate inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance requests.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor property performance and contribute to operational success.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, and Project-Based Section 8 compliance.
  • Proficiency with Yardi Voyager.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and building inclusive communities.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and lead with professionalism and empathy.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
