Position Summary
a. Support programs by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution of educational events, workshops, and training activities
b. Maintain and update program data, including participant tracking, attendance records, and reporting documentation
c. Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and day-of-event support
d. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and organization of program-related records
e. Communicate with students, trainees, faculty, and staff regarding program activities, schedules, and updates
f. Serve as the front desk point of contact by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
g. Manage conference room schedules and shared space calendars
h. Maintain office supplies, including stocking printers, copiers, and common areas
i. Provide general administrative support to faculty, staff, and students
j. Coordinate visitor access and update directories, signage, and notices
k. Identify and report operational issues and assist with resolution
Minimum Qualifications

a. Experience in data entry, data tracking, or basic data management
