Job description

Our client, a respected not-for-profit organization, is seeking a Service & Program Coordinator to support client advocacy, program delivery, and community outreach initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients by coordinating access to benefits, services, funding programs, and community resources.

• Manage client cases from intake to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

• Build relationships with external agencies and community partners to facilitate referrals and support services.

• Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and educational presentations to increase awareness of available programs.

• Review assistance applications and prepare recommendations in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Track program metrics, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.

• Assist with program administration, including processing inquiries, invoices, and related documentation.

• Identify opportunities for partnerships, program enhancements, and community engagement initiatives.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy and information security requirements.


Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Social Services, Public Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or case management systems.

• Experience in a not-for-profit, community services, client advocacy, or program coordination environment is preferred.
