Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients experiencing major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, using evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans that address clients' unique needs, ensuring access to linked services and ongoing support.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy, catering to the holistic needs of your caseload of clients.
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to advance collective goals, providing insights and collaboratively problem-solving.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, employing intervention strategies that prioritize client safety and emotional well-being.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies while fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse perspectives.
• Engage in ongoing communication with clients and their supports to monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Attend to administrative responsibilities, including documentation and timely completion of reports and data submission.
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring continuity of care for clients.
• Contribute to agency-wide committees focused on service delivery improvements and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a valid state-issued LCSW certification.
• Proven expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment strategies for diverse populations facing mental health challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, crucial for client interaction and documentation.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities, coupled with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or with under-resourced populations is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
