Job description

Job Summary

This requisition is intended to collect and review interest from candidates who have completed the Engage Community Partnership Program and are seeking future employment opportunities with NiSource. While submitting your information does not guarantee job placement, it allows our Talent Acquisition team to better understand your background and consider you for potential roles as they become available.

Essential Functions
  • Express interest in future employment opportunities across various departments at NiSource

  • Participate in informational interviews or career conversations with Talent Acquisition team members

  • Share relevant experience, skills, and areas of interest for future role alignment

  • Stay informed about upcoming job postings and opportunities within the company

  • Maintain engagement with NiSource through community events and communications

Required Qualifications for Consideration
  • Completion of the Engage Community Partnership Program

  • Interest in pursuing a career within NiSource or the broader energy industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

  • Willingness to travel or relocate within the NiSource service territory, depending on future role availability

Preferred Additional Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service, community engagement, operations, or administrative support

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools

  • Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and public service
