About the Role:
Join Elite Maintenance Service as our Operation Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Based in Pasadena, CA, we are dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance solutions while fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all service lines.
  • Manage and train a team of maintenance staff to uphold our high service standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management to optimize operational costs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the maintenance or service industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and staff.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
