They assist community member with personal hygiene as well as participate in the daily care of the community members. They are responsible for ensuring community members receive personal hygiene care assistance according to schedule. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ยท Assist with community member care: ยท Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living and basic personal care needs; ยท Provide bath or shower assistance for community member care. ยท Assist community members with dressing and grooming care. ยท Spa Specialist will communicate any community member skin issues to Health and Wellness Officer/Director or Coordinator ยท Spa Specialist will shampoo hair and trim facial hair on community members if needed. ยท Assist community members with general care: ยท Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude towards the community members and co-workers; ยท Visit with community members. ยท Communicate community member issues to Health and Wellness Officer/Director or Coordinator ยท Perform additional duties as needed; ยท Observe the policies and procedures of Vista Springs at all times. ยท Attend all required in-service education and staff meetings ยท Other duties as assigned.
