En mai 2021, nous nous sommes lances dans l'aventure de creer Haven, une petite equipe aux grandes ambitions. Poste - Gestionnaire de communaute ase- Contrat d'un an
Haven Studios recherche un gestionnaire de communaute pour contribuer a l'elaboration et a la mise en uvre de strategies d'engagement des joueurs pour nos jeux. En tant que membre de l'equipe Experience joueur et communaute, vous etablirez des liens solides avec les joueurs grace a des interactions reflechies et authentiques. A ce poste, vous servirez de lien essentiel entre notre communaute et nos equipes de developpement : vous mettrez en place des boucles de retroaction efficaces, vous ferez remonter les retours des joueurs et vous contribuerez a traduire ces retours en ameliorations concretes pour notre jeu. Vous representerez Haven et notre jeu aupres des joueurs, tout en collaborant etroitement avec les equipes Creation, Marketing, Exploitation en direct et nos partenaires chez PlayStation afin de soutenir l'experience de nos joueurs et de favoriser une communaute dynamique, engagee et inclusive.
Vous contribuerez egalement aux initiatives de la communaute des createurs et des influenceurs, en aidant a tisser des liens solides avec les createurs participant a notre programme dedie. Cela implique notamment de soutenir les communications avec les createurs, les actions de promotion, la collecte de retours d'experience et les initiatives visant a renforcer l'engagement communautaire, afin de susciter l'enthousiasme des joueurs et de renforcer l'adhesion a nos jeux.

Le gestionnaire de communaute relevera du gestionnaire principal de la communaute et des influenceurs.
Responsabilites et fonctions
- En collaboration avec le responsable senior de la communaute et des influenceurs, elaborez et mettez en uvre une strategie globale d'engagement communautaire qui soutienne et s'aligne sur notre experience joueur et nos efforts marketing, favorise le developpement d'une communaute accueillante et inclusive, et assure une communication centree sur les joueurs.
- Entretenez un dialogue avec nos joueurs en participant activement aux discussions d'une maniere qui reflete les valeurs de notre studio : bienveillance, adaptabilite, excellence et optimisme sans faille.
- Coordonner avec l'equipe de developpement pour mettre en place et activer des boucles de retroaction avec les joueurs, dans le but de nous rapprocher d'eux, de representer notre communaute aupres de l'equipe de developpement et de favoriser une comprehension approfondie des motivations des joueurs.
- Soutenir le programme de createurs du studio en aidant a l'integration, a l'engagement et a la communication avec les createurs, en favorisant des relations positives et en soutenant les activations et les campagnes menees par les createurs.
- Collaborer avec les createurs et les parties prenantes internes pour soutenir les campagnes communautaires, les diffusions en direct, les tests de jeu, les evenements et autres initiatives d'engagement.
- Creer du contenu ecrit et visuel, en partenariat avec le responsable du contenu communautaire, qui contribue a la mise en uvre de la strategie globale relative a la communaute et aux reseaux sociaux.
- Developper des communications pour soutenir les evenements en ligne et en presentiel, notamment des activations telles que des diffusions en direct, des tests en ligne, des evenements pour les createurs et des salons professionnels.
- Definir et suivre les indicateurs cles de performance (KPI) lies a l'engagement, a la croissance, a la participation des createurs et a la fidelisation ; analyser le sentiment et les performances de la communaute pour eclairer la strategie.
- Rendre compte regulierement des informations et des resultats, contribuant ainsi a une approche de developpement fondee sur les donnees et centree sur les joueurs.
Competences minimales requises
- Au moins 5 ans d'experience dans la gestion de communautes, la fidelisation des joueurs, les relations avec les createurs ou des postes similaires.
- Experience dans la creation de communautes actives sur plusieurs plateformes, dans differentes regions et aupres de divers publics.
- Experience dans l'accompagnement de createurs, d'influenceurs, de programmes d'ambassadeurs ou d'initiatives de promotion communautaire.
- Experience prealable en moderation des joueurs et en gestion des conversations dans un environnement numerique/en ligne.
- Excellentes competences en communication et en collaboration.
- Veritable passion et gout prononce pour les jeux multijoueurs.
Competences recherchees
- Experience en gestion de communautes multijoueurs de grande envergure et tres actives.

Position - Community Manager - One Year Contract
Haven Studios is looking for a Community Manager to help shape and execute player engagement strategies for our games. As a member of the Player Experience and Community team, you will build meaningful connections with players through thoughtful and genuine interactions. In this role, you will act as a key link between our community and development teams-establishing effective feedback loops, surfacing player insights, and helping translate sentiment into meaningful improvements in our game. You will represent Haven and our game in a player-facing role, while collaborating closely with Creative, Marketing, Live Operations, and our partners at PlayStation to support our player experience and foster a vibrant, engaged, and inclusive community.
You will also support creator and influencer community initiatives, helping cultivate strong relationships with creators participating in our creator program. This includes supporting creator communications, activations, feedback collection, and community engagement efforts that amplify player enthusiasm and strengthen advocacy around our games.
You bring a strong ability to analyze community feedback and player sentiment, using data to inform decisions that drive player engagement and retention. You are a resilient and adaptable creative problem solver, a confident communicator, and a resourceful, data-informed community manager who brings positive energy, enthusiasm and intention to every interaction.
Reporting
The Community Manager will report to the Senior Community & Influencer Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
- In collaboration with the Senior Community & Influencer Manager, build and execute a holistic community engagement strategy that supports and aligns to our player experience and marketing efforts, grows a welcoming and inclusive community, and delivers player-centric communications.
- Maintain a dialogue with our players, actively participating in discussions in ways that reflect our studio values of kindness, adaptability, excellence and fearless optimism.
- Coordinate with the development team to establish and action player feedback loops with the goal of bringing us closer to our players, representing our community to the dev team, and guiding a deep understanding of player motivations.
- Support the studio's creator program by helping onboard, engage, and communicate with creators, fostering positive relationships and supporting creator-led activations and campaigns.
- Collaborate with creators and internal stakeholders to support community campaigns, livestreams, playtests, events, and other engagement initiatives.
- Create written and visual content, in partnership with the Community Content Manager, that aids in delivery of the overall community and social media strategy.
- Develop communications to support events both online and in-person, to include activations such as live streams, online tests, creator events, and trade shows.
- Define and track KPIs related to engagement, growth, creator participation, and retention; analyze community sentiment and performance to inform strategy
- Regularly report on insights and outcomes, contributing to a data-informed, player-centric development approach.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community management, player engagement, creator relations, or related roles.
- Experience building engaged communities across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences.
- Experience supporting creators, influencers, ambassador programs, or community advocacy initiatives.
- Previous experience with player moderation and conversation management in a digital/online environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong passion and preference for playing multiplayer games.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Community Management for large and highly-engaged multiplayer communities.
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, or creator programs in the games industry.
Fluent in French and English.
